Cransten increased revenue by 30% with MotionOps. Learn how integrated tools improved their remodeling business for greater efficiency and growth.
Cransten, as a remodeling company, faced the common challenge of juggling multiple software systems, inefficiencies, and the administrative burden that comes with managing projects and teams across different platforms. After deploying MotionOps, Cransten saw remarkable improvements in their operations, leading to over 30% revenue growth. In this blog post, we dive into how MotionOps transformed Cransten’s daily operations, from simplifying invoicing to improving team efficiency and scaling the business.
1. How do you connect Cranstens' revenue growth of over 30% with MotionOps deployment?
It is really about a solution that enabled us to streamline all of our operations: from proposal creation to the profitability reports. For our teams in Cransten MotioOps is an easier to use system. Before, we have worked with 5-7 different tools. Now, our team have less software to manage, less confusion. They spend much less time on job administration. MotionOps has better invoicing and a true front office to field communication with project management. Our sales team can create more proposals for larger number of clients, get automated remote approvals. Now, we have better looking proposals, leading to more sales and closes.
2. What was the biggest challenge in daily operations for your company and how MotionOps changed that?
Our CRM and our digital paperwork were separate. We needed to input or copy data into mulitple locations, query into several different software interfaces. Now, our CRM and digital paperwork operate together, as one. This increases efficiency, makes training for new guys easier, and eliminates double entry of customers and project information.
3. How long did it take to train your managerial staff to use MotionOps; and how long did it take to train field force?
One week was required to train the managerial staff, while three weeks were needed for the field force to learn to use MotionOps.
4. How is MotionOps performing in the HR field of work?
Cransten uses the HR management to keep employee onboarding documents, notes, skills, and grades all in one place. It makes it way easier for a remodeling company like ours which employs and subcontracts different trades - to find the right person for the job, to schedule, pay. It is all easy since all of the employee data, project history, employee or subcontractor history is in one place.
5. As a decision maker in your company, what do you personally like about MotionOps?
There are several things:
✅ How easy it is to use and train my team on it.
✅ How we have multiple software solutions all in one.
✅ Digital paperwork integrated into our CRM.
✅ Profitability reports for each job and the entire business are accessible in real time. This makes control of the entire business and decision making much easier.
6. Can you give one example when MotionOps has created a big benefit?
The amount of time needed to train our new hires on the software has been cut in half. As a result, we can take on more jobs, leading to increased revenue. This is a significant development for our company.
